Skip to the content Come and join us at Fu Jau Academy on February 22nd for 20 rounds of Open Sparring. This is a friendly day to train with brand new people and grow as a fighter. The event is designed to help fighters establish a network of teammates, friends, and training partners, and to grow as individuals in a safe space.
The event is not ranked, or matched up and there are no winners. Our sparring day is exactly as the name suggests. The event is open sparring, so anyone can spar anyone to grow experience against a wide range of opponents, with varying skill levels and backgrounds.
16oz gloves and protective equipment are compulsory.
20 x 2 min rounds with 1 min rest. This can be Kickboxing, Muay Thai or shoot box
No Spectators.
No filming.
No egos.
