DESCRIPTION:MGM Gym are hosting our monthly Sparring Day on the last Saturday of each month. Join us for a friendly day and train with brand new people. The event is designed to help fighters establish a network of teammates\, friends\, and training partners\, and to grow as individuals in a safe space. \nThe event is not ranked\, or matched up and there are no winners. Our sparring day is exactly as the name suggests. The event is open sparring\, so anyone can spar anyone to grow experience against a wide range of opponents\, with varying skill levels and backgrounds. \nThe day lasts for 2 hours\, and will be hosted on the last Saturday of every month. \n16oz gloves and protective equipment are compulsory. \nShould you have any questions or want any more info\, email us at welcome@mgmgym.co.uk \nTickets:\nParticipants: £15 each \nThis event is free for MGM Members. \nAbout MGM Gym:\n\nWe are Hannah and Jonathan Moore\, a dedicated brother-sister duo. Situated under the iconic arches in Deptford\, London\, we have breathed life into our dream and opened the shutters to MGM Gym in honour of our father Milton George Moore\, continuing his legacy.

Join us for a fun\, yet constructive event where you can grow and learn in the sports of Muay Thai\, K1 or MMA. \nWe will have a Boxing ring and a cage set up on the day to get through fights quickly. These are non-decision bouts so there are no winners\, everyone gets a medal.
