Organisers F.A.Q

Event organisers will be paid the day after their event. You can see how much you have earned by visiting the ‘My Events’ page and looking at ‘sales’. You will also receive an email on every ticket sale.

Once you’ve successfully registered an event, you will receive a link where you can see the names of everyone who has bought a ticket, any additional info relevant to your event and the security code attached to the ticket.

Going to the ‘My Events’ page will list the people who have purchased a ticket to your event which you can print or export to an Excel spreadsheet. We will also email you the list two days before the event with the purchasers security codes on a PDF/word file so you don’t miss anything. Attendees can then give your doorman their name and security code and be quickly signed in. Alternatively, you can check in people directly from the ‘Attendees Info’ page.

Events can be edited or deleted by contacting our staff. This is to make sure customers who have bought tickets are aware of the cancelled or edited event and can receive a refund if necessary and so that events are not accidentally deleted.

The list of people who have bought tickets also provides you with a competitor’s email so you are free to message them to discuss any necessary details such as start time, process for competing and any other details that may be necessary for a competitor.
