The Knowlesy Academy welcome you to our Borehamwood Interclub. The day will feature exciting Muay Thai bouts, overseen by the team behind ONE Championship World Muay Thai Champion, Jonathan Haggerty.
The interclub is open to all levels, from beginners, to advanced fighters looking to increase their ring time and experience. The bouts are light contact, closer to controlled sparring than matches. The interclub is a non-decision event, meaning there are no winners of losers. It is a chance to grow your skills and experience in a controlled, safe, and welcoming environment.

Adults: £15
Juniors: £10
