MGM Gym are hosting our monthly Sparring Day on the last Saturday of each month. Join us for a friendly day and train with brand new people. The event is designed to help fighters establish a network of teammates, friends, and training partners, and to grow as individuals in a safe space.
The event is not ranked, or matched up and there are no winners. Our sparring day is exactly as the name suggests. The event is open sparring, so anyone can spar anyone to grow experience against a wide range of opponents, with varying skill levels and backgrounds.
The day lasts for 2 hours, and will be hosted on the last Saturday of every month.
16oz gloves and protective equipment are compulsory.

We are Hannah and Jonathan Moore, a dedicated brother-sister duo. With a love for Dance and Muay Thai, we have embarked on a mission to merge the strength of Muay Thai with the flow of Dance and the power of fitness. Situated under the iconic arches in Deptford, London, we have breathed life into our dream and opened the shutters to MGM Gym in honour of our father Milton George Moore, continuing his legacy.
